Breakfast this morning was overnight oats!

I made them in a jar of Trader Joe’s cookie and cocoa butter swirl that had a little bit left along the sides. Yum!

Cocao + Lucuma #NanaIcecream. ๐Ÿซ๐Ÿ’› It literally tastes like caramel and chocolate because of the sweetness from the ripe nanas and lucuma. (products from @loving_earth including activated buckwheat groats + mulberries for some crunch)

Can’t believe Icecream for breakfast is healthy thanks to wholesome natural foods ๐ŸŒฑ gotta love nature for supplying us with these beauties

Cinnamon swirl banana oat waffle topped with homemade raspberry & blackberry sauce, melted peanut butter and slivered almonds.
Waffle batter: - 1/2 cup old fashioned oats - 1 banana, mashed - 1 egg - 3 tbsp cinnamon swirl protein powder (I used @cellucor brand) - 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk - unsweetened coconut flakes
Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until batter forms. Cook in a waffle maker!
For the blackberry & raspberry sauce I just took a handful of each berry and put them in a pot on the stove with a little water on medium-high. Let the water come to a boil and the berries will start to form a sauce. I usually mash them up while they’re in the boiling water. It doesn’t take very long so serve immediately or let it sit if you want it a little thicker.
